Where to Request Motley Records

The Motley County Sheriff is the first contact for a local arrest, transport entry, release disposition, or the identity of the physical jail that housed the person. The official sheriff page does not publish records-unit hours or a booking-record fee. Do not treat the courthouse’s general hours as jail-release desk hours.

For a judgment, bond order, dismissal, sentence, probation order, or certified court copy, contact the combined clerk. Public records recorded since 2003 are routed through iDocket; older files and unavailable images require direct contact.
