Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, place, or other term into an embedded search tool, the query goes to the outside provider that operates the tool. Motley County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or send a contact-form message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Standard logs and measurement tools may record technical details when a page loads. Those details can include:
